Long Term Condition Clinic
This nurse and doctor led clinic is for the monitoring and treatment of on-going illnesses which have already been diagnosed and which require ongoing treatment – eg diabetes and high blood pressure.

Sexual Health
We provide urine testing for Chlamydia and Gonorrhoea in addition to examinations and blood tests. We can also give advice and information regarding local GUM clinics.

Baby Vaccination Clinic Tuesday
This is held every Tuesday between 10.45am and 12.40pm

Family Planning
All the doctors and nurses can provide contraceptive care and advice during surgery hours, by appointment. An appointment for a coil fit can be made up to 10 days in advance and requires a double appointment with Dr Iles and the nurse.

Well Woman Clinic
We encourage all women between the ages of 25 and 49 years to have a cervical smear every three years those women aged 50 to 65 years to have a smear every five years, which can be carried out by our practice nurses. Patients aged 45 and over are encouraged to have a vascular screening check. An appointment can be made with the practice nurses for a blood pressure and weight check and a blood test may also be arranged.

Senior Patients
Any patient aged 75 and over who has not been seen in the last 12 months should make an appointment with one of the practice nurses for an annual check-up. If you are housebound, there is a part-time nurse available for regular domiciliary visits.

Attached Services
We refer patients to attached community based staff eg district nurses and midwives and liaise with them about the ongoing care and progress of individual patients as appropriate.
