Patient Participation Group
We are a group of Rydal patients who meet every two or three months with health professionals who work at the practice. We give a patient perspective on issues of concern to the medical and administrative staff, for example how best to meet patient demand. We also suggest where improvements could be made, for example, the signage at the surgery and the suitability of the website.
We endeavour to keep patients informed about issues we are dealing with and what we are doing via occasional newsletters. These can be accessed here.
We tend to be older patients because we have the time and interest. We need younger members particularly parents of younger children.
