In addition to this, patients that live in Waltham Forest are able to book an appointment at Silverthorn centre by using the following Online Appointment Healthcare Platform | Swiftqueue. Please be aware that patients that do not live in Waltham Forest will be turned away from this site. Please note that the above blood test clinics are the only ones that will ensure your results are reported back to the surgery. Please do not use any other site. If you are elderly, have a disability or are unable to access online services for any reason please contact the surgery to make an appointment to speak to our Social Prescriber who will be able to assist you.

It is the patient’s responsibility to call for blood test results approximately 5 to 7 days after the test is taken. The doctor will have written something on the patient’s medical record and it is often sufficient for our team of receptionists to let the patient know the result and pass on any instructions from the GP. 

It is the patient's responsibility to obtain their results following a test.

Once a doctor has reviewed your test results you can view them online via your NHS account (through the NHS website or NHS App).

We politely request that you look for your results in your NHS account first, before calling the practice.  If you need to call us, please call between 2pm and 6pm and press option 2.
